Boqvist should be available and affordable. Jiricek and KJ shouldn't be, but if they are there would be a massive bidding war for Jiricek and KJ would be traded as part of a package for a single upgrade. Neither player would go for parts and pieces.

Chances are good Dube and the other players involved in the WJC scandal will never play in the NHL again.

Mangi and Kuzy could be available for the right price but we won't be just giving them away for w/e trash another team wants to dump. Picks, prospects and young players are what Calgary is looking for though they'd probably consider an older top 6 center / right shot forward or a top 4 defenseman if they have 2-3 years (not more) of term left.

I'm supremely skeptical that any of Perfetti, Johnson, Jiricek, or Broberg would be available, and they'd all cost a lot.
Boqvist is primarily an offensive defenseman. We don't need one of those.
Dube was one of the guys charged with sexual assault from the 2018 Hockey Canada scandel. He's not playing NHL hockey anytime soon.
I've seen ACGMs for both Mangianape and Krebs, so I think those guys would both be available, and Victor Olofsson is about to be a UFA.
The only reason I think RNH would be available is if Edmonton ends up over the cap and can't make a deal to get rid of Kane, Ceci, or Campbell instead.

Olofsson is UFA. Dube is inactive.

Boqvist, Mangiapane are probably best bets from the rest.

You should be able to get Mangi without retention for a 2nd. Kuzy would take more, hard to say how much more, he's been a good fit in Calgary so far, they'll want to see how he does next year so it'd take a very good offer.

Oh he's available but no GM is going to touch any of those players until the trial is over and then only if he's found not guilty.
