Isn't mid first a bit of an overpayment for that young stud or is he likely to graduate in top 6 role permenantly?

I'm not sure if he'll ever be a dominant 2nd line center, but he is a great shutdown 3rd line center. With the importance of depth and size down the middle, he just seems like a valuable player.

So would it be a better idea to propose a Mete - Faksa swap to meet your previous answers?

Yeah that's kind of what I was thinking! I don't know if you'd be interested in that, or MTL would want to do that, but that's the kind of return DAL would want for Faksa.
