If LA decides to retool, with Doughty on his last year. Cap is supposed to be 79 million. Sabres can extend Doughty 8 years 10 - 12 million. At the draft, Sabres want to go D so they trade down from #2 and a starting G to NYI to move down.

The number 2 pick doesn't get the Islanders Dahlin or a franchise C so I really gotta pass. 9 and 17 are probably gonna be some good players and the Islanders can use the 2 seconds to get back into the first.

Beau is looking like he is gonna be a really solid player.

Isles arent giving up both seconds, just to make it clear and imo Zadina or Svechnikov may be able to convince Tavares to stay, if not, be a great flank for Barzal. Beau may be to much but i wanted to stay away from Ho-sang, Idk if their is a middle ground there in Isles forwards

It's creative and new, can't bash that. I think you picked the wrong prospect in Beau which makes this a reach. If you want to stay away from Ho-Sang, what about Brock Nelson?
