I don't know much of Goldobin, but his AHL stats (if they mean anything) look great. If the Leafs think Goldobin is an NHL is gonna be an NHLer, and Dillon a already NHLer, I think the Leafs (me included) like the deal.

Add a 3rd and I for sure agree. Goldobin is for sure gonna be a great player but JVR will put SJ over the top.

Trade is one for one

I think it's a good base for a trade. However, Mirco Mueller or Jeremy Roy have to be in the trade. They are good D prospects, and that's what the Leafs need first and foremost. I'd like more a Mueller + Goldobin.

Sharks have to make it work out cap-wise too, which is why Dillon's there instead of the two you proposed.
