This looks like a terrible idea. 21 man roster heading into the end of the season. If anyone gets injured you are in a lot of trouble. Also, you trust Dell as your goalie to back up Jones in the playoffs?

Keep in mind that the Sharks have the Barracuda in SJ and do call ups and send downs each week - that'll be no problem at all. It's only like a month and a week of having to do this (just as they have been doing all season). If Donkoi gets injured for example in mid-March they can just send Heed or DeMelo down and bring up Carpenter.

Dell has been PHENOMENAL as Jones' backup this season. His last game against the Flyers on Saturday was the best game by a goalie for the Sharks this season. Hope he gets a lot more games going forward.

Just seems like a big risk. It can pay off and become a huge reward after as well. Just curios because I see something different by everyone.

I've seen the lets send you back down to the AHL for the day game and bring you up the next day being a Ducks fan.

Do you know who fit with Jumbo Joe, Nick Rash. Don't pretend you don't want him!!! Btw, sure he's good, just doesn't fit in here anymore. JT might bail. Nash and Joe could resign short term deals. What would you offer, if at all?
