I don't see the Kraken entertaining that swap. They have a surplus of depth wingers like Fast, but not much in the way of blue line depth, so Dumoulin will be more useful to them next season.

That's a good trade for St Louis and Carolina. I think St Louis adds something just because of age and contract uncertainty but it would be a big trade to see how down
