PLD has always played his best games in the WHC for Team Canada.

Even back in his Columbus days.

Makes me wonder why he can't be that guy in the NHL?

At the TDL? I'd agree, but in the offseason? He could tbh. Flames got Yegor + 3rd for Toffili and Yegor is def worth a 1st

Palmieri at 50% retained likely costs more than a ~30 pick swap.

Also the Bruins could do much better than that offer for Ullmark.

I'd easily do the Boston deal with Kaliyev instead of Turcotte.
Spence should stay and instead of Dillon, the Kings should go for Chychrun. I wonder what a Chychrun deal might cost, but he's definitely the perfect fit for the Kings LD.
