    i think the trade is actually very fair in terms of value with the Islanders. I'm not sure that's quite a deal the leafs would do, but i think it can be tweaked. I'm not sure how important the picks are to the leafs right now so maybe instead of the 2nd, pageau might make sense. i know Pageau is a huge identity player for the Isles, but that might be a trade each team would actually do.

    That second line would be a defensive nightmare. That 4th line was very solid in the playoffs at their role. I would be worried about the bottom six scoring at all in the playoffs. Maybe Trev will get rid of the ghost Jarnkrok, he has 5 goals in over 90 playoff games.
