As Raddysh developed, at the pro level, he had to re-invent himself in many ways
As a junior he was a PP QB. A player who made plays with the man advantage and pushed offense at even strength. He continued playing to the same identity in the AHL.
At the NHL level he is being used as a combination second/third pairing 'D' who is tasked with taking care of his zone first. His offense has taken a back seat, although he remains a sound distributor who sees the ice and outlets efficiently. Average plus skater. Some bump / push back. Through the first 13 game segment he averaged 19:05 TOI - 18:04 ES - 0:13 PP - 0:47PK 0G-5A (-4) 12 hits 15 shot blocks
